even though a lot of people say it is good to relieve colic, i would suggest you avoid using gripe water for your baby. instead, you can speak to your baby's doc about a colic medicine called colic aid. it helped my younger one a lot. you can also try massaging your baby's navel using a mix of heeng and water, do this through the day as it helps to release gas and eases pain.
