Is this diarrhea?

Does my baby have diarrhea? His poop is watery and has white curds. He is 7 months old. Formula fed via tube feeding. #advicepls

Thank you po sa lahat ng sumagot. Ok na po si baby. Bacteria lang po nakita, nadala na po namin sya sa pedia. Di lang po namin sya madala that time dahil inaatake po sya ng sakit nya, naka oxygen po sya sa bahay.
