Does anyone know what this is behind LO's ear? It looked like dry skin initially but I realise today that it is a bit moist too. Tried applying bm on it previously and Aveeno baby lotion but don't seem to help. LO don't seem bother about it, haven't seen him scratching too.

Could be heat or dry skin, keep the area dry at all times. Try to avoid applying anything. Maybe once it is healed. Apply moisturizer and monitor.
