Coping with loss of appetite

Hi, does anyone know how to cope with loss of appetite during the first trimester? I’ve been struggling with eating normally. I get hungry but whenever I start eating I either get nauseous or I lose interest in the food. I feel bad that I’m not eating properly and I don’t really know what can help either. send help ;-;

Hi mummy, I was always having porridge or soupy stuff like beehoon soup in tri 1 to cope with the nausea. Other than that, I take 100+ or h2o! Hope it helps! 💖
