FAINTING

Does anyone have Syncope(fainting/passing out) during early pregnancy? Temporary loss of consicousness. Voice/sound fading away. Feeling like anytime i could fall down but i manage to take a sit..it just came,out of sudden.. it scares me..What should i do to prevent it ?
