Gastric region pain

Hi! Does anyone have gastric region pain? Must i see dr? I have gastric before and i know the pain is the same.no bleeding…pls advice

currently pregnant and I've gastric issues since first trimester on and off. I did see the doctor once when I first had it and she prescribed me some antacid medication. Subsequently, I took gaviscon occasionally when it came back and my gynae mention that gaviscon is safe for preggers.
