Gastric region pain

Hi! Does anyone have gastric region pain? Must i see dr? I have gastric before and i know the pain is the same.no bleeding…pls advice

if you're pregnant then best to see doctor or you can try to drink ginger tea. if you've delivered and doing your confinement, it is normal and your confinement lady/masseur should be able to help you get rid of the wind in your body/stomach.

Feeling nauseaus and tired

Its my 2nd pregnancy..and im feeling so nausea any tips? I would feel tired too. I also want ask week 8 can i start any prenatal vitamis?

I was prescribed with prenatal vitamins on week 8.
