Hi there! I completely understand where you're coming from. Managing a newborn without hiring a confinement nanny can definitely be tough, but it's absolutely manageable with the right support and preparation. Firstly, it's important to establish a support system. Lean on your partner, family members, and friends for help during the postpartum period. Don't be afraid to ask for assistance with household chores, cooking, or looking after the baby while you catch up on some much-needed rest. Secondly, consider hiring a postpartum doula if a confinement nanny isn't an option for you. A postpartum doula can provide invaluable support and guidance as you navigate the early days of motherhood. Additionally, take the time to prepare and organize your living space before the baby arrives. Stock up on essentials such as diapers, wipes, and baby clothes. Having everything you need within arm's reach can make a world of difference. Lastly, remember to prioritize self-care. Taking care of a newborn is physically and emotionally demanding, so don't forget to take care of yourself too. Rest when the baby sleeps, eat nourishing meals, and don't hesitate to seek professional help if you're feeling overwhelmed. You've got this, mama! Trust in your abilities and don't be afraid to reach out for help when you need it. You're doing an amazing job. https://invl.io/cll6she
