Maternity milk

Does anyone drink maternity milk (like from Abbott or Dumex, etc?)? Not sure if they are beneficial.

I only drink samples then i stop, meanwhile my friend say she doesnt drink much cause alot of sugar intake? im not very sure

    best is just drink occasionally. During pregnancy the GD really very easily get if we didnt control diet :(
