Does anyone believed in the so-called "binat" among mommies who just gave birth? I remember my mom didn't allow me to take a bath for at least 10 days and also rescricted me to do light chores after I delivered just because of that.

I heard that superstition. Good thing my doctor dismissed that and said that I could take a bath the next day. You must've felt very uncomfortable!
