Does anyone believed in the so-called "binat" among mommies who just gave birth? I remember my mom didn't allow me to take a bath for at least 10 days and also rescricted me to do light chores after I delivered just because of that.

Totoo naman po ung binat. Diba every earthquake has aftershock? Mas malala po un if hindi iingatan katawan. Ang body natin nirerestore ang sarili from damage due to pregnancy in a span of 2 years kaya nga po diba sabi nila pwedeng sundan after 2 years ang panganay para fully recovered na. So doble ingat din mumsh. :)
