Does anyone believed in the so-called "binat" among mommies who just gave birth? I remember my mom didn't allow me to take a bath for at least 10 days and also rescricted me to do light chores after I delivered just because of that.

Not true for me. After ko makalabas ng ospital pinaligo na ako ng ob ko and gumawa agad ako gawaing bahay. Nasasayo lang yan kung iisipin mo lagi na baka mabinat ka.
