Does anyone believed in the so-called "binat" among mommies who just gave birth? I remember my mom didn't allow me to take a bath for at least 10 days and also rescricted me to do light chores after I delivered just because of that.
Yes po.. naniniwala po ako.. sa ngayon pa cgro bata d pa marmdaman pero pag nagkaedad na po dun mo na marmdaman.. at ska mahrap magsisi sa bandang huli wala nmn masama kng sumunod sa iba paniwala.. lalo pagdting kalusugan..
