Does a pregnant woman's body respond differently depending on the sex of the foetus?

For me, I have no different symptoms (no morning sickness, no pimples, no swelling nose) for carrying baby girl and baby boy. But the tummy shape does look different. When I pregnant with my girl, the tummy is rounder while for boys my tummy look 'sharper'.
