Do you recommend the Watsons wet wipes for babies? There is a promo going on right now

For younger children, e.g less than 2 years old, I prefer to use unscented and non-alcohol wet-wipes to wipe their bottom and mouth, e.g. Pigeon Wet Wipes and Pigeon Hand-Mouth Wipes. This is because young babies' skin is more sensitive to chemicals. For older children, I am using this wastons brand to wipe my kid's hands.
