Do you have a sort of log book for your baby to record her immunisation/ milestones etc - a "baby book” as what they call? When did you get one?

I have recorded it in my baby's health booklet which was given by the hospital when he was newly borned. In Singapore, every babies will have their health booklet when they discharge from hospital. We will record their birth details, immunisation record and also A checklist on their development.

There was a baby book included in the baby bag provided by the hospital where I gave birth. Our pediatrician uses it for baby's monthly checkup. Aside from the monthly notes for the baby, there's sort of a vaccination calendar at the back which they mark every time a vaccine was given.

I started recording when my baby was 1 mo but everything is digitized. So, I don't need to maintain it as often now. However, my daughter's pediatrician also makes it a point to hand us a summary of every visit. Keep adding it to a file and there, you have a log book!

thanks
