Is me time a myth?

Like Samanta said, shower times are luxury. I have a couple of Lush products that have been waiting for me to use them but I haven't had the chance to unless my parents are around to watch my son for me. I work office hours and if I ever really need some time off, I'd usually take half a day off from work and have some me-time. Otherwise, if it's really urgent, when my son is already asleep at night, I would get my mum to sleep with him in case he wakes up, and I'd head down to Gspa for some pampering session.
