Do kids find the transition from Primary school to Secondary school tough? How do we prepare them for the change?

My profound attitude goes to hackerspyville@gmail,com who changed my grades, you may not understand my feeling right, this grades bought my hope back to life. I am really grateful because my job kept me out of school and I have been depressed when I got my result and everyone laughed at me, but now I can be able to smile once more.
