Do I need to include probiotics and prebiotics in my diet?

If you don't have bowel or intestinal issues you don't really have to take them in your diet specifically and they can also be obtained from the food you eat everyday. Prebiotics are food for probiotics. They can be obtained from whole grains, bananas, onions and garlics.
