Delayed, sore boobs, bloated, cravings but negative PT. First time madelay ng 7days. Am I pregnant?

Punta ka ng OB baka may PCOS ka. Ganyan ako last 2019 and I was diagnosed with PCOS akala ko nung una buntis ako pero nung nag PT ako negative.
