Ultrasound price clarification

Dear Parents, Scenario : Recently I went to a regular private clinic to perform 2D ultrasound scan for my baby. I was being informed by the nurse that the price of the scan will increase monthly as the baby months grow older. I was stunned and full of surprised with the information, could any experience mommy here heard about this absurb explanation on the ultrasound scan before? I looked every where online I could not find any information on ultrasound scan price would increase as the baby grows. Please advice. Thank you. #1stimemom #advicepls #firstbaby

I see specialist at private hospital for both pregnancy. The price should be the same for a normal monthly checkup unless you request for some detail scan etc or your gynae prescribe some medicine or get extra checkup (injection, test blood or whatsoever) by your gynae. But i never heard that the price will increase as baby grow older. Maybe you should try to ask different clinic if possible?
