Evening Primrose

Currently week 38th now. Ngayon palang ako magte take nitong evening primrose. Gano po ito ka effective at kabilis para mag labor ka na? Any thoughts or tips po? Thanks!

Niresetahan ako ni doc nung may 29. Need sya itake 3x a day para sa cervix ko. Then may 30 ko sya start inumin then by June 2 (Which is june 14 edd) Nanganak na po ako mamsh. Sinabayan ko ng walking pag take nyan.
