Yes, I had that too. Had even more pulling pain in the 2nd trimester. I took it as the round ligament stretching.. basically the womb growing and stretching stuff inside the tummy. Baby should be fine, but do go for all your appointments:) and if you have any other concerning symptoms, see your gynae earlier
