Runny nose

Currently 8 weeks pregnant. Sobrang irritating ang runny nose at ubo. Anong pwedeng inumin or any remedy? #pleasehelp

Baka allergies po meron kayo. My OB advised me to take benadryl and nawala po sipon and irritation ko sa mata at ilong. Always consult your doctor before taking any meds po.
