Should I go to the hospital na ba?

Currently 39 weeks preggy and ganito na interval ng contractions ko within 25 mins. May lumabas na rin kanina na brown and bloody discharge. Should I go to the hospital na ba? I'm a FTM kasi so i don't know if this is a sign of active labor na ba. #1stimemom #firstbaby

Mga mommies, thank you po sa mga sumagot. Nakaraos na po me. Active labor na po pala talaga ako ang tagal ko pa sa bahay kanina haha buti daw kinaya ko mag labor sa bahay 😅 Healthy po na lumabas si baby ng 2:52am. 🖤
