Edema with high blood

Currently 29 weeks and experiencing manas with high blood. Ruled out pre-eclampsia naman. But all my OB is saying due to pregnancy lang, no restrictions din given, meds to take lang. In laws are freaking out. Is this normal talaga? Anyone experiencing the same?

Thank you for answering. Nagpapanic na kasi in laws ko saka husband ko😅 After delivery kamusta naman po kayo? We are really worried for possible after birth complications. May family friend kasi na nag eclampsia. 🥺
