What is the earliest week a baby can survive outside the womb?

Currently at 23 weeks (just entered 6th month). I am kind of worried dahil cerclage na lang ang nagproprotect kay baby. Ibinalik rin si pessary para to add to protection. Pero nakakatakot na talaga. Kasi kahit close cervix ako, naikli talaga ang cervix ko. I just want to be a mom and pasensya na kayo if nakapagshare ako.

Hi mommy, kailan ka po na cerclage? I'm still waiting for my schedule para magawa ang cerclage, short cervix din kase ako, and 23 weeks today. 4x na ako nag bleeding/spotting kaya worried din ako kay baby. As of now, I'm taking 4 progesterone per day and full bed rest.
