Kapag may clearance na ng OB. Lalo kapg CS, mas matagal aantayin bago makapag exercise. Also depende din what exercise you will do. 6 days palang pala ikaw na CS, malaki pa talaga yan. Gamit ka ng abdominal binder lagi. Don't rush yourself magexercise baka bumuka yung tahi or magka bleeding sa loob.

from what i learned, pag direct latch kasi yung saliva ni baby triggers kung anong magiging formulation ng breastmilk
