atleast 6 week from your delivery date ang recommended. pero pag CS po mas matagal kasi may sugat po kayo and hindi pa yan totally healed. baka po hindi lang ikang ang bumukaka pati yung sugat niyo po bubuka. 😄
Ako po normal delivery pede na po ba mag sex kahit 1month palang?
At least 6 weeks po ata, better ask your OB.
