What foods do you recommend that won't easily spoil?

For context, I'm a work-from-home mom with two full-time clients. I have a 5 month old baby and my eldest is 7 years old. He's not a picky eater naman, kaso bawal samen yung seafood since parehas kaming allergic. Yung partner ko po, tuwing dinner lang naman namin nakakasama. Magkasunod yung shift ko doon sa dalawang clients ko kaya sa gabi lang po ako nakakapagprepare ng food. Aside from adobo, what other ulam can you recommend that is easy to cook and won't easily spoil? Also, please share food storage hacks and tips a for busy moms like me. paksiw. mostly anything na cooked with suka. for tomato based, my mom's advise is to make sure na kulong kulo ang sauce. for storage if in bulk ang cooking, store na in portions para hindi store-init-store na madali din makasira ng ulam
