What foods do you recommend that won't easily spoil?
For context, I'm a work-from-home mom with two full-time clients. I have a 5 month old baby and my eldest is 7 years old. He's not a picky eater naman, kaso bawal samen yung seafood since parehas kaming allergic. Aside from adobo, what other ulam can you recommend that is easy to cook and won't easily spoil? Also, please share food storage hacks and tips a for busy moms like me. Thank you! #advicepls #foodrecipe #Recommendationsthread
Read moreHello, momsh. It's been exactly 8 days na po since nanganak ako, at first time kong ma-cs. Kaya sobrang clueless ko minsan what to do. So kanina, follow up check up ko with my OB, and she advised me na pwede na daw akong maligo without using tegaderm at pwede na rin daw na wag nang mag binder. Bukod diyan, she told me to apply this ointment thrice a day. So syempre, may mga factors na iba sa madalas kong naririnig from my cs mom-friends. Kaya kahit I trust my OB, may takot ako especially the thing about tegaderm at sa binder. Anyone here na similar situation like mine? Can you share some insights or advise please? #advicepls #cesarian #CsDelivery
