Is it confirm 2ill tear if you give birth naturally?

from what I read and research...there can be efforts made to avoid or minimise tear: *natural birth, no induction, no epidural *eating many dates, raspberry tea *drag early labour at home as much possible *walk a lot/do squats *Epino training(an option) *perineal massage *proper breathing techniques. Dont push the baby too fast...let the baby head pass through a bit or go back in so the muscle there can stretch *birthing positions; better not to lie down on hospital bed as many people do. Not optimal to avoid tear and push baby out *warm compress on perineal area when labouring

Hi Mama, Unfortunately, the likelihood of tearing is pretty high. Only about 27% of women don’t experience it. Shouldn’t be too worried about it though, it heals pretty well.

I tried for 30min to push bb out myself w/o any tear. in the end gynea had to cut to use forcep. 14 days pp and wound have fully healed

It depends. I didnt have stitches at all for 2 out of 3 of my pregnancies

it depends but usually will tear
