Didn't choose any answer because everyone needs is different. Especially for 1st time mum with no help, confinement lady will be helpful to assist them during the 1st time.

My first trimester, i am just with my husband. Second, my family was there, the third trimester, i will be with my husband's family and my mother only. I need them all.

She can take care of you and your baby and allow you precious rest and recovery during the first month after delivery

It’s always nice have someone there to take care and give support. Doesn’t have to be a confinement lady

Doesn't have to be confinement lady but there needs to be some form of support other than just us.

You really need to have sufficient rest...unless family members eg your mum or MIL can help

I didn't need a confinement lady but I know others got a lot of relief with them around.

They’ll provide advice and assistance when recovering from giving birth

They can help u plan out meals and just be there for u and your kids
