Solo parenting

My confinement is ending soon Husband has to go to office to work C sect hasnt recovered yet I will likely have to take care all by myself, any tips mummies??

I told my hubby to request work from home for a week after confinement. If ur hubby can’t, flip to ur side, and use ur elbow to pull urself up. Rem don’t use ur stomach muscle, it will still hurttttssss.. and wear a binder
