Pag ganyan, warm compress mo for 15 minutes, then try to exercise your jaw, open your mouth hanggang sa kung gano kalaki lang kaya for 5 seconds, then rest for 5 seconds. Do it atleast 10 times. You can do it atleast 5 times a day. Basta make sure before mo iexercise yung jaw mo, warm compress muna for 15 minutes to relax the muscles. After ECQ, once di pa okay yung jaw mo, you should consult your dentist din. Baka need mo ng braces or splint.
MEEEE!!! sakit ng left side ng panga ko mamsh, sa tapat ng tenga. π Sabi ng mga tanders dito baka daw highblood ako. mataba pa man din ako.
