I will bring them to the bedroom, make it dark and hug them for a while. If they really do not wan to nap, I will let them get up to play but will end the day early.

I yawn really loud and close my eyes and pretend-sleep! They fall for it and go to sleep! Problem is, sometimes I'm so convincing that I fall asleep myself :(

Difficult to make them nap. Both of them are around the same age. They play and talk in the room 😓

Slowly... because no point forcing them to sleep when they are still active. Maybe tell them stories

I’ll make sure to stay in the room with them and make sure they’ll fall asleep

Should be ok not to nap as long they have sufficient sleeping hours

Don’t believe in forcing Explain Sleep with them Read Etc etc

I'll just sleep n not play with them, they will eventually follow

Warm shower and warm milk & netflix. Within 5mins she is asleep

Il tire them out by doing activities or sing them a lullaby
