I would not allow my children to follow any diet. They should eat their meals on time. 3 meals a day excluding snacking time.

I would not do that for kids as they need to eat regularly as they are growth mode and hence they need fuel regularly

Children shouldn't be dieting. Just have to encourage a healthy and balanced lifestyle

wouldn’t recommend until they are older and decide to do so by their own choice
