Is it Grab drivers will not accept us if we have infant or toddler unless we have our own car seat?

Is car seat necessary if we don’t own a car? Any recommendations for affordable car seat + stroller?

taxi and grab family dont need use car seat.

Grab family provides a car seat. Taxi don't need car seat as it's under "public transport" category.
