Is it Grab drivers will not accept us if we have infant or toddler unless we have our own car seat?

Is car seat necessary if we don’t own a car? Any recommendations for affordable car seat + stroller?

normal grab and gojek wont accept toddler or infant is because they got no insurance for them. to play safe go for taxi.
