Can I give garlic to my five-month-old? Is it okay?

As Diana mentioned, it's perfectly fine to give your baby garlic but personally, I wouldn't give my son garlic so soon as it is known that some babies have an adverse allergic reaction to it. Perhaps if you are feeding your baby porridge, you can start to introduce a little garlic in it. Or if you are baby led weaning, you could fry your baby finger foods with coconut oil and garlic. Wait out 3 days to eliminate any possibility of your baby having any allergies. You can read more about the benefits of garlic in the site below. I found it quite useful :) http://blog.homemade-baby-food-recipes.com/the-goodness-of-garlic-for-baby/
