Can breastfeed mum eat mango and oranges? Because a lot of article says better to avoid citrus fruits like oranges, lemons, limes, and grapefruit.

According to a meal plan for nursing mothers designed by Medifast, rich sources of nutrients that nursing mothers need can come from fruits like cantaloupe, honeydew melon, mangoes, apricots, peaches, berries, bananas, apples, pears, kiwi, guava and oranges. BUT be aware of your baby's reaction to citrus fruits like oranges as these types of fruits may cause your baby to have an upset stomach. That being said, I suppose all things in moderation will be best :) Consult a doctor if you're really unsure or worried. http://my.theasianparent.com/diet-breastfeeding-mothers/ http://www.livestrong.com/article/515899-fruits-that-are-beneficial-in-breastfeeding/
