Doctors would usually recommend local anaesthesia (only numb half your body) as it has much less risks and more straightforward procedure. I had local anaesthesia and it was super fast and easy! 😁
I was very tensed and kept crying halfway thru csec. Gynae decided to sleep me sleep. I was awaken when the baby was out and in my arms.
Yes either GA or epidural. I would suggest epidural you can see baby right away and can do skin to skin to stimulate milk supply too.
The first want I am put to sleep. The second want I am awake , they numb my lower part onli.
