according to my mom's experience and mine is CONSTANT LATCHING po ni baby on ur breast is d number 1 remedy and sabayan nu po ng healthy diet . aside from malunggay ay fenugreek tea and fennel seed super nkatulong po sakin. right now my baby is pure bf and still i can donate milk to my friend hu has little milk flow.
Try Mother Nurture Choco Mix and Mega Malunggay. 4 days palang baby ko pero tumigil muna ako sa pag inom kasi feeling ko sasabog breast ko sa dami ng milk sa loob. Unli latch lang din, drink lots of water before and after magpa dede.
Unli latch kay LO para mastimulate po ang BM production. Stay hydrated. Kaen ng masasabaw, may malunggay, at mga shellfish. Pwede ka rin pong magtake ng mga malunggay supplements. Stay dedicated sa breastfeeding journey mo mommy.

Don't pressure yourself and pumping is the best. And also unli latch.
