It's best to limit the amount of caffeine you consume while breastfeeding. One or two cups of coffee a day are fine, but more than one or two servings of caffeine per day may affect your baby's mood and/or sleep.

All things in moderation and up to your comfort level, I drank mostly decaf or lighter version from trimester 2 onwards, both babies were born healthy :)

When I was still breastfeeding my girl, I tried to avoid caffeine but occasionally I did drink coffee and tea, seems no effects on my girl

Hi, Coffee one cup a day is fine, but also try to keep 2-3 hours of gap between coffee intake and breastfeeding

When I was breastfeeding, I drank a cup of coffee every morning. And feed my baby after 2 hours interval.

I don't..But I think in moderation should be fine. And try to time it a few hours before the next feed?

Drinking one cup a day atm my baby is a month old soo far I don’t feel or see any difference

I am conservative and stayed away from Caffeine till I stopped breastfeeding.

Drink in moderation but if you can avoid, best fo avoid while breastfeeding.

Thank you all for the replies! Appreciate it!
