Do not talk

My boy now is 2 yrs 5 months old , he doesn't talk not even call Papa, mama. However when he watch YouTube cartoon, he will join in to sing but not accurate. I wonder do I need to bring him for a check up

Does he not talk in school as well? Maybe can check with the teachers and find out more
