Susu,buah2, sayur, biskut oat/jacobs, kekacang...mcm sy 1st trim dulu cpt kenyang wlau mkn sikit. So doc pesan makan kuantiti sikit tp kerap. Kurangkan mknan bminyak sbb ada org akan rasa loya mcm tu.
