Bleeding in 1st trimester

Is bleeding in 1st trimester normal?i did go to kkh but they didn't say anything abt the bleeding,they only say that they can see the baby tissue as I'm currently 6wks 5days pregnant.And the baby is too small and no heartbeat is detect

I had first bleeding when I'm 6 weeks pregnant. I was give med and jab to stabilised the pregnancy.

does it goes well after the jab and med?and may i know what med is it?and how long does the bleed last?thnks
