Hi po! Thank you for answering my question! Another question po, lalabas po ba kagad yung binat right after mag exert ng effort? Until now okay naman po ako at walang nararamdaman. Nastress lang po ako kakaiyak kagabi gawa ng may naramdamang guilt kasi feeling ko selfish yung naging action ko na magplay.
