Best relief for hyperacidity? I'm on my 31st week and just like other moms, bumalik yung hyperacidity ko nung 1st trisem ko palang. ? Tried gaviscon kaso hindi na umeeffect eh.

Nakakatulong rin po kung magpalit kayo ng diet. Minsan kasi nasa pagkain rin na kinakain natin yung cause ng hyperacidity :)
