Being a mother to 2 young children in my early 40s has been one of the most frustrating, tiring, challenging, messy and yet also rewarding role in my life. Both of my children have taught me patience, unconditional love and putting someone else's needs above mine, traits that I never had before having children. Looking at them growing up healthily and happily makes me feel that I am the best mom in their world.
